Digital Content Designer (The Collective)

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support the visual storytelling of THE You’ll collaborate closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content that communicates brand voice and elevates The Collective’s presence across platforms. Design high-quality, on-brand creative across social, digital, and marketing channels.Develop graphics, templates, and visual systems that ensure consistency across The Collective’s platforms.Execute a range of assets including social posts, carousels, and marketing collateralSupport motion design and short-form video editing as needed.Translate research, data, and insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest content (infographics, reports, social assets).Collaborate with internal teams to bring research narratives to life through design.Balance creativity with clarity to ensure information is both engaging and accessible.Maintain and evolve The Collective’s visual identity across all touchpoints.Partner closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to align creative with strategic goalsCollaborative mindset and the ability to take and apply feedback while upholding a high standard of design.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams.Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand, or sports/entertainment environment.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand design work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytellingStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication.Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment.Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Box.
