Digital Creative Designer

Responsibilities • Design ad creative and engagement assets across Paid Media, Organic, and social platforms • Produce motion graphics, short-form videos, and dynamic content optimized for digital campaigns • Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to translate campaign goals into effective creative • Develop visuals for landing pages, websites, and digital touchpoints with an eye for conversion and engagement • Maintain brand consistency across multiple client verticals while adapting creative for performance testing • Contribute to ideation sessions and bring forward innovative creative approaches to drive higher engagement • Track performance of creative assets and refine based on analytics, testing, and feedback Preferred • Experience working with paid media teams to iterate ad creative for testing and performance optimization • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs (CTR, engagement rate, conversions) • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for creative implementation flexibility What's our culture like?
