Digital Creative & Graphic Designer

This role will play a critical impact in supporting a consistent learner experience across our sales enablement platforms. Key Responsibilities • Plan, conceptualize and design compelling and impactful graphics within a learning management system • Convey complex, technical information more concisely by developing visually engaging graphics • Strategize on messaging, design thinking, and digital sales enablement product positioning for new and current business objectives • Own deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail • Creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines • Systems design thinker (packaging architecture and visual learnings across multiple sales enablement platforms) • Interpret business goals to inform a comprehensive building of instructional design collateral to be used in a learning management platform • Acting as a liaison across the Revenue Operations team to ensure results meet design specifications and high-quality standards • Integrating images, text, etc., with a great sense of aesthetics while executing against the product and sales enablement vision • Video Editing and Animation: Proficiency in video editing (using tools like Premiere Pro and CapCut), with a good eye for dynamic visuals and basic animation skills to create engaging content. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline from a four-year accredited College/University; or demonstrated work experience in the A/E/C industry that matches the requirements of the position in lieu of degree We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
