This role will focus on creating performance-oriented marketing materials for paid media, social media, and digital channels in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create digital advertising assets including: paid social ads display banners campaign graphics landing page visuals email graphics Produce multiple ad sizes and platform variations Rapidly iterate creative based on performance feedback Work closely with the performance marketing/media team to improve ad effectiveness Adapt existing brand guidelines into campaign executions Support marketing launches and promotions with creative assets Prepare final files for web and platform upload Manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Experience designing for paid media platforms (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn) Understanding of web and social image specifications Preferred Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) Experience working with marketing teams Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) Experience in high-volume or agency production environments
