Salary: $57,914.74 Annually

Duties: Design and produce visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including graphics for social media, email newsletters, and online advertisements. Create visual aids and infographics that succinctly depict analytical data and operational statistics to be used in reports and presentations to stakeholders. Participate in projects that integrate digital marketing strategies with graphic design initiatives, ensuring visually compelling and data-driven results. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in graphic design and digital media to create innovative and effective visual content. Manage digital asset inventory and content organization, ensuring visual materials align with brand identity and user expectations for a cohesive design experience. Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to enhance visual engagement across all platforms through strategic and creative design solutions. Act as the primary liaison to customers and third-party service providers, facilitating collaboration on visual branding, design projects, and creative direction. Visit customer and vendor sites as needed to ensure consistency in graphic design elements, aligning visual content with digital marketing and operational goals. Collaborate with external agencies and contractors to execute visually compelling digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand representation across all platforms. Plan and schedule digital design updates, optimizing visual assets while coordinating with operational teams to maintain efficiency and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain regular reports on digital marketing activities.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or closely related field.
