Qualifications • Alignment with World Challenge’s Statement of Faith and commitment to a biblical worldview • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field • Excellent writing and editing skills; strong command of English in both written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members • Proficient in WordPress or similar CMS platforms • Experience with Mailchimp or comparable email marketing tools • Skilled using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, UI/UX best practices, HTML, and CSS is preferred This position works in an office setting with regular business hours Monday – Friday. On occasion, the employee may be required to work evenings or weekends to collaborate with staffs that are deployed internationally. Travel up to 15% of the year may be required.
