Digital Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create captivating sermon slides and digital graphics that enhance the worship experience. Position Details • Year-round, full-time, exempt position • Monday–Friday, averaging 40–45 hours per week (additional hours during peak season) • Location: Bonita Springs, Florida • Christian work environment Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Create captivating sermon slides in collaboration with the pastoral team that visually enhance the worship message and engage the congregation • Develop visually engaging PowerPoint slides for the electronic bulletin board (EBB) and other digital platforms used during Sunday services • Maintain and update presentations for Sunday worship services, weekly promotions, and special events • Design and produce ministry-specific slides, templates, and promotional materials • Update Mission Wall slides weekly and audit content for accuracy and relevance • Collaborate with ministry leaders to ensure visuals align with theological intent and church branding • Produce lower-third graphics and visuals for weekly livestream services • Manage multiple design projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery • Uphold the church’s branding standards across all platforms for a cohesive visual identity • Stay informed on current design trends and best practices • Collaborate closely with the Communications Team and other church staff to ensure visual consistency across all projects • Provide assistance on Communications projects and worship services as needed • Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
