Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD Strong experience with Figma and or Sketch for UI and UX design Experience using Canva to create scalable, on-brand digital assets and templates for internal and field use Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iteration Ability to design and produce basic video and motion assets for digital channels, including social media, web, and email Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred, with familiarity with modern development workflows Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, UX or UI work, and multimedia assets across web, email, social, and video platforms Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual design skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experience a plus Whether on the frontline working directly with customers in our branches or behind the scenes supporting our loan officers, our team members each play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
