The Digital Designer is a detail-driven creative who designs engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web and campaign-driven touchpoints. Digital Designer will maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and deliver high-quality designs that align with the brand’s vision and business goals. Digital & Interactive Design Act as a primary creative partner to the UI/UX team, participating in regular syncs, reviews, and working sessionsBridge creative, technical, and strategic needs by translating vision into scalable execution - documenting best practice and informally training designers on new processes, tools, or design system updatesHelp evolve and improve cross-functional workflows, ensuring handoffs between Creative, UI/UX, and development are efficient and consistentDesign with CMS constraints and capabilities in mind, partnering closely with developers to ensure feasible, production-ready solutionsSupport page building and content layout within CMS platforms, with a strong preference for Drupal 11 experienceApply HTML/CSS literacy to inform layout decisions, component behavior, and handoff clarityParticipate in design reviews, feedback loops, and iteration cycles Tools & Platforms
