Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in digital design or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Figma (daily use for templates, presentations, and design systems).Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required).Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
