Digital Designer

A digital designer brings creative concepts to life across web, mobile, email, and social platforms with precision and consistency. They translate brand guidelines and creative direction into polished layouts, typography, and UI components that elevate every digital touchpoint. Working closely with creative, marketing, and product partners, they manage multiple projects while meeting platform requirements and production standards. Their work reflects a high level of craft, attention to detail, and adaptability across formats and channels. They take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback thoughtfully and efficiently. Along the way, they contribute to team growth by maintaining best practices, staying current on digital trends, and supporting junior designers.

Responsibilities:

Design digital assets for web, mobile, email, and socialExecute creative concepts with strong visual craftApply and evolve brand guidelines across digital touchpointsCreate layouts, typography systems, and UI componentsCollaborate with creative, marketing, and product partnersTranslate creative direction into polished final designsParticipate in concepting, brainstorms, and critiquesPresent work clearly to internal stakeholdersIncorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfullyPrepare production-ready files for both print and web-based projectsEnsure designs meet platform specs and best practicesManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyMaintain organized files and documentationAdapt designs across formats, sizes, and channelsMaintain high standards for detail, consistency, and qualityStay current on design trends, tools, and digital platformsTake ownership of assigned projects and timelines

Requirements

5 years of experience in digital design, either in-house or at an agencyStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple platformsProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of digital production standards and platform specificationsAbility to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cyclesStrong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teamsBonus for experience designing in the luxury retail space

Base pay is $90,000-$100,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
