A positive mental attitude that helps us to be a leader in the industryA commitment to building strong relationships, both inside and outside the organizationA desire to learn, grow, and contribute to moving our strategy forwardA need to create and to innovate Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Web Design, UX/UI, or related field 7+ years of professional digital and/or marketing design experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects Strong working knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles Experience working within Figma and collaborative digital design workflows Experience using project management systems such as Asana Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and digital user behavior Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across departments Strong communication skills with the ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and execute efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency Ability to translate technical information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand communications Ability to work within structured systems, processes, and established brand standards Occasional travel as necessary for creative assignments, trade shows events, filming, or vendor visits Preferred: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and content capture Experience with JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, or jQuery Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics Experience working within structured brand systems and digital asset management environments Work Environment This position may work from home up to 2X/week if performance is in good standing.
