Evelyn & Bobbie is looking for a sharp, fast, digitally-native designer to join our growing creative team. You understand why mobile-first matters, what makes an email scroll, and what stops someone mid-feed — and you bring that awareness to every asset you make. Work closely with the Digital Art Director or creative lead to receive direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly.Stay curious about what’s working — pay attention to performance results shared by the Lifecycle and Performance teams and let that inform your design choices.Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Site Marketing Manager to understand channel needs and deliver assets that serve their goals.Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously and pivoting when priorities shift. Who You Are: 2–4 years of digital design experience, ideally within DTC ecommerce, a performance marketing agency, or a fast-moving consumer brand.A strong portfolio of email and paid social creative that demonstrates clean design, mobile-first thinking, and an understanding of conversion.Proficient in Figma and Photoshop; Illustrator and InDesign familiarity a plus.Fast — you can produce quality work at volume without sacrificing craft.Detail-oriented: file organization, naming conventions, and pixel-level accuracy matter to you.Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate direction without ego.Genuinely interested in digital trends — you notice what brands are doing on TikTok, in email, and in paid, and you think about why it works.A self-starter who can manage their own queue and flag blockers proactively.Experience in intimates, apparel, or premium lifestyle brands a plus — but hunger to learn the category is equally valued.Nice to Have
