Our retail client in the child safety equipment space is seeking a Junior-to-Mid-Level Freelance Production Designer to support their fast-moving creative team with ongoing digital and production design needs.
Location: Fort Mill, SC / Charlotte, NC area (1 day onsite/week)
Pay Range: $25-30/hr.
Hours: 8-10/week to start - could scale up and turn into a full-time opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Create and adapt a variety of digital, social, web, and retail creative assetsWork within existing brand templates to produce assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channelsHandle high-volume production work including resizing, versioning, and content or language adaptationsPartner with the creative team to efficiently move projects and assets through the studioEnsure consistency and accuracy across deliverables while maintaining brand standardsBring a fresh perspective and current design sensibility, particularly across social contentSupport additional creative needs as the role and workload continue to grow
What We’re Looking For:
Junior-to-mid-level design or production design experienceStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopExperience creating and adapting digital and social assetsComfortable working within established templates, brand guidelines, and existing creative systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and manage multiple deliverables at onceCollaborative, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environmentVideo or motion design experience is a plus
