You Will: • Design and build high-performing, responsive email templates that are visually consistent with our brand • Collaborate with marketing managers to execute email campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals • Create email assets,But including headers, icons, illustrations, and animation/motion elements • Ensure emails render perfectly across all devices and major email clients • Create and test A/B test subject lines, content blocks, and layouts to improve open rates and click-through performance • Maintain and evolve our email design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across campaigns • Partner with copywriters, developers, and marketing ops to bring concepts to life • Analyze performance and recommend design enhancements based on data and testing • Support occasional design needs for landing pages, banners, and event communications • Maintain a pulse on trends in email marketing, interactivity, and digital design best practices Hybrid in Miami
