Role Description: The Digital Designer and Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for creating digital designs and graphics for web, social, and advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact visual storytelling across all client touchpoints. Strong digital design skills, including Digital Designs and Web Design, with a portfolio showcasing marketing-focused work.Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for web, social media, paid campaigns, and brand assets.Experience with Branding, including visual identity systems, typography, color, and layout for multi-channel campaigns.Advanced video editing skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) and motion graphics experience.Ability to translate strategic goals and performance insights into effective visual and video concepts.Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven agency or in-house environments with multiple stakeholders.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also valued.The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, understands what drives engagement, and can balance creativity with marketing strategy. • A strong portfolio showcasing digital and multimedia work
