About the Role
As our Digital Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' brands to life across
websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, email communications, and other
digital experiences. You'll partner closely with Account Directors, Subject Matter
Experts, fellow creatives, and clients to transform ideas into user-friendly, visually
compelling solutions that support business goals and drive results. This role is ideal for
someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment and enjoys
working across a variety of industries, brands, and project types.
What You’ll Do
Design engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages, emailcampaigns, social media, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs thateffectively communicate concepts and support seamless user experiences
across desktop and mobile platforms.
Develop creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including socialmedia graphics, digital ads, email creative, presentations, and multimedia
content.
Design and support website projects from concept through launch, includingwebsite layouts, page designs, landing pages, forms, content updates, design
enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate business goals intoeffective creative solutions.
Apply UX, accessibility, and design best practices to enhance user experiencesand ensure brand consistency.
Maintain design systems, templates, and brand standards across client andagency projects.
Create basic motion graphics, animations, video edits, and other multimediaassets to support campaigns, storytelling, and digital engagement efforts.
Utilize client feedback, user insights, and performance data to refine designs,improve user experiences, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Support internal agency initiatives, including website updates, marketingmaterials, presentations, newsletters, and other creative projects while staying
current on emerging technologies, AI tools, UX/UI trends, and digital marketing
best practices.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of professional experience in digital design with a strong portfolio of UX/UI work for web and mobileDeep understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologiesSolid grasp of responsive design for various screen sizes and devicesWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS (ability to create or guide front-end-ready designs)Basic animation and video editing skills for digital content creationProficient in industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design or a related field preferred
Ways You'll Stand Out
Experience with WCAG accessibility standards, usability testing.Motion graphics, animation, or video editing experience.Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.Experience with website builders or CMS platforms.Agency experience supporting multiple clients and industries.

About the Interview Process
We like to keep our hiring process simple, transparent, and respectful of your time. While the process may vary slightly, here's what you can generally expect:
Round 1: A discussion with our People Operations Manager to learn more about you, discuss your background, and share details about the role and our agency.
Round 2: An interview with the Creative Director (a partner of the agency and your direct supervisor) and a creative team member to explore your experience, creative process, strategic thinking, and approach to collaboration.
Round 3: A conversation with our two other agency partners to discuss your leadership style, career goals, and overall fit within our team and culture.
