Digital Designer - Remote

This role will drive, innovate, and enhance the digital customer journey in lockstep with the larger Digital Creative Team. This role understands the importance of digital work in the Omni Journey and its impact on the business. • Understanding of e-commerce, email, social, and performance marketing channels • Connoisseur of current culture and design trends • Modern creative mindset with and understanding of tools: generative AI, motion graphics, social content • Solid understanding of UX/UI and front-end development • Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills • Command of applied creative strategy, critical thinking and wireframe development • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at any given time • Command of the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Bonus: Working knowledge of motion and video software (i.e. After Effects, Premiere) • BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field • At least 2 years in a digital design role. Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
