Digital Experience Design Manager

Enable the UX design process through strategic evaluation, acquisition, and management of technology/tools.Provide project support, to include translating design into project requirements, effectively communicating business needs, managing deadlines and team deliverables, and supporting implementation.Oversee the development and deployment of digital content across platforms to ensure editorial consistency and adherence to brand and corporate digital guidelines. To Qualify For This Position You Will Need Seven years of experience in experience design, web management, marketing and/or digital communications.Two years of design or related oversight experience.Four years of management experience or supervisory ore equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above (may be concurrent). Working knowledge of human and user centered design, user research, end-to-end design processes, accessibility, analytics and information architecture.Experience with strategy development and execution, leading cross functional teams, working with internal and external clients, and presenting to stakeholders and leadership.Proficiency with web content management systems (particularly Adobe Experience Manager), design programs (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) It is our policy to provide equal opportunities in all phases of the employment process and to comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
