About The Role This role sits within our in-house creative team within the digital department and collaborates closely with producers, marketers, editors, licensing, and brand leadership to bring cohesive visual storytelling to life across YouTube, social media, web, branded franchises, and corporate materials. You’ll design everything from high-performing YouTube thumbnails and graphics packages to social templates, brand systems for larger site projects, special holiday-driven initiatives, and polished corporate presentations. YouTube Thumbnail Design & Graphics Packages • Design standout YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks while staying on brand • Partner with producers and channel managers to A/B test thumbs, refine, and iterate based on performance data • Design type and design overlays and graphic elements • Maintain and create episodic series branding that supports repeatable, recognizable content • Collaborate with editors to deliver ready-to-use assets in correct formats and specs (After Effects) • Maintain visual consistency across episodes and series • Design light motion elements such as simple animations, typography treatments, transitions, and overlays • Translate thumbnail concepts into cohesive visuals for social stories and site assets Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or interactive design • 5+ years of relevant professional experience • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and presentation design tools • After Effects or motion experience preferred • Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills • Light retouching experience • Bonus: Experience designing for home, lifestyle, or personality-led brands
