Executes designs from concept to execution, to create all global product and packaging designs for Benefit Cosmetics. Possesses a thorough understanding of concepting, packaging design, creating physical mock-ups, and print production with a strong eye for detail and color consistency. Experience working with in-house packaging engineers and understanding of primary component development a plus. Knowledge of packaging materials and printing/finishing options a plus. The target salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
