Role Overview: The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brands. You will collaborate closely with the marketing departments to develop creative assets that align with our brand identities and drive engagement across digital platforms. Responsibilities: • Create visually striking and brand-consistent graphics, images, and videos for social media channels • Design effective newsletters, promotional, and automated email campaigns to engage with consumers • Develop and update graphics for branded websites and retail partners • Design digital ads for various platforms, including display ads, social media ads, and paid advertising campaigns • Develop creative assets that support content strategies, such as infographics, animations, and video graphics, to boost engagement and shareability • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content remains fresh and innovative • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects • Collaborate with internal teams to develop assets for corporate communications Requirements: • 3+ years of design experience • 2+ years of experience within the consumer-packaged goods or retail industry • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • Proven experience with email marketing platforms • Understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is preferred • Experience with AI is also preferred
