We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support a client in executing marketing strategies across digital, print, and internal communication channels. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that enhance brand identity, support sales and recruitment efforts, and communicate key messages effectively. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, the designer will ensure consistency in branding across multiple entities, including newly acquired companies. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field • At least five years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency setting • Expertise in developing digital and print assets, including ads, social media graphics, presentations, websites, and event materials • Strong ability to manage branding consistency and ensure positive audience perception • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operational teams to create effective visual materials • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Preferred Skills: • Experience working with external vendors to manage production and delivery of digital and physical assets • Ability to develop and implement brand strategies that align with company goals • Previous experience supporting internal communication efforts through design
