As a Digital Marketing Designer at The Hemp Collect, you’ll bridge the worlds of digital and packaging design. You’ll create visually compelling ads, landing pages, and website experiences while also supporting packaging designs, renders, and design updates. • Packaging renders & creative production support – ~30% of your time Assist with product packaging design, 3D or digital renders, mockups, and visual assets for physical products. • 3+ years of professional design experience • Expertise in digital campaign design (ads, web, landing pages, emails) • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, visual storytelling) • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management • Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools • Portfolio demonstrating past digital and packaging work • Age 21+ and able to commute to SE Portland daily
