About the position We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who is responsible for producing a steady flow of fresh, culturally relevant content on a weekly and monthly cadence. Their work fuels organic social channels and paid advertising, helping keep our brands visible, relevant, and connected to culture. Requirements • Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition) • Experience creating content for social and performance marketing platforms • Comfort working in fast cycles and producing high volumes of content • Cultural awareness and understanding of social trends • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) • Ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback • Creative writing • BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field. • Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
