The Digital Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to build and refine digital experiences across our owned digital channels [websites and apps], our e-mail marketing strategy, and a variety of marketing campaigns for paid digital media and paid social media, working across the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Hard Rock Stadium, and Miami Open brands. This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. Work directly with the design team on brainstorming, developing, and executing design work for the organization. 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, within an agency or in a corporate environment with a strong digital focus. Consistently display initiative to complete projects and tasks with limited supervision Able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Always maintain a professional attitude and be receptive to project changes Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally Understand the role graphic design plays in the marketing and sales process A creative book/portfolio that showcases your creative thinking and craft.
