About Us We're seeking a creative and skilled Digital Graphic & Video Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, email, landing pages, and more • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for web and social media (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) • Work with marketing, clinical, and HR teams to create brand-consistent visuals for healthcare services and employer branding • Develop infographics, brochures, and presentations that simplify complex healthcare topics • Manage visual asset libraries and maintain brand style guides • Optimize creative content for performance and accessibility across platforms Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video production • Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare-related or consumer-facing work • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Experience with Canva, Final Cut Pro, or other design tools a plus • Basic understanding of healthcare marketing, patient engagement, or regulated industries • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in healthcare, urgent care, or clinic-based environments • Motion graphics and animation experience • Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, and social media best practices
