Digital Illustrator / Visual Artist (Full time)

Job DescriptionAs a visual artist/digital illustrator you'll have a significant hand in the design and creation of our branding / image. You will use your ability to draw to create art for graphic tees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Create highly polished visual designs, hand drawn and digital graphics.Expert ability to draw based of off ideas and concepts briefed to them.Thorough awareness of emerging web, social and technical design trendsUnderstanding of and experience in layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media.Works directly with developers, content writers, and project managerOptimizes visual design and concept.Understands concept of complete project and is able to convey it to the clientAbility to communicate and inform the project team membersSolid understanding of deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for themWork in concert with creative team to design graphicsDeadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple projects within tight timeframesWork closely with clients, designers and developers throughout all phases of the design process.Must be adept at collaborating with design counterparts in creating compelling creative concepts Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in illustration and graphic designExpert hand drawn artistMust have expert skills in programs such as Photoshop and IllustratorAbility to manage workload and meet project time-frame requirements
