We're looking for a creative and data-driven rockstar who's excited about Farmers Defense and learning about growth marketing. As a social media manager, we expect this person to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and very comfortable being in front of the camera for content creation. \\- Monitor competitive activity and community platforms to identify trends and opportunities \\- Work with the Customer Service team to quickly and politely respond to customer concerns across Instagram and all social platforms \\- Scheduling out content on a daily/weekly basis to align with social media calendar, business goals and objectives, and writing captions in our brand voice. \\- Are a motivated individual that is eager to learn about ecommerce, media, and marketing \\- A love for farming/gardening \\- Has a knack for planning and project management -- ability to oversee content creation in relation to brand and company goals. \\- Video editing skills a plus \\- Graphic design skills a bonus This will be a starting position with a lot of growth potential.
