Digital Marketing Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Immediate opening for an internet savvy and energetic team player to fill our Digital Marketing Assistant role. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our Digital Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties. Digital Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. Responsibilities: • Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the digital marketing department’s activities • Assists in the creation of engaging written, graphic, and video content in the form of web page, email content, blog content, or social media messages • Social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram • Manage company’s online customer reputation including soliciting and responding to reviews • Reports progress to senior marketing management • Assist in Google ad-word and Bing marketing activities • Assist in on-page SEO activities • Assist in off-page SEO activities • Minor IT duties for general office • Performing other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications: • Degree in marketing or 1-year experience in digital marketing • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent internet and e-mail proficiency • Content creation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications (preferred but not required): • Graphic design and video editing skills • Website design • Photoshop Job Type: Full-time Benefits offered: • Paid time off • Health insurance • Retirement benefits or accounts • Workplace perks such as food/coffee and flexible work schedules
