That's why we hire, train and develop our team members to take on the expanding challenges of our industry with ease. ** **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Analyze and evaluate digital materials, including but not limited to: \\- Making recommendations for improvement \\- Local property maps, floor plans, amenity page \\- Home office digital marketing efforts as needed * Partner with Graphic Design to improve images, logos, and any other collateral materials. * Drive Reputation Management efforts forward, including but not limited to: \\- Managing review platforms, conducting audits, interpreting data, and troubleshooting issues \\- Identifying opportunities and making recommendations for improvement, including project management of new platforms as determined by business needs \\- Owning or partnering with team members on all reputation management projects and deliverables as needed * Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral standards . * Some advertising experience * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design, or equivalent * proficiency in Photography * Some advertising experience preferred * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design, or equivalent preferred * Proficiency in Photography preferred **Benefits for full time employees:** * Competitive pay ($57/k - $62K Annually) * Corporate quarterly bonus structure potential for high performers after 1 year * Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise * Healthcare starting at low at $30.00 per month for a great, comprehensive plan * 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component.
