Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Manager

Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Manager- remote and in person The perfect candidate always has a mind abuzz with fun new ways to connect with our audience, market products and create high quality content. They are a friendly and upbeat team player, and love being engaged with people both in person and digitally. Previous retail or service experience is a big plus. They already have a deep personal interest in craft, textiles, interior design, or travel (better yet, all of the above! Customer experience management -Respond daily to customer service emails and phone calls -Work with our warehouse and fulfillment team to resolve issues -Engage with, and respond to customers on all social media platforms -Plan and execute pop up events and trunk shows (some travel and weekend work will be required) Necessary Skills -Excellent writing skills -Photography and photo editing -Some graphic design (experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva) -Creative -Knowledge of SEO -An understanding of how Facebook, Pinterest and Google ads work Qualities -Upbeat, friendly, and kind -Self starter -Ability to wear many different hats -Enthusiasm -Can-do attitude Deliverables Daily -Daily instagram and facebook posting -IG, Facebook and customer service emails and resolving issues Weekly -Weekly to 2x weekly email blasts -Create content for all digital platforms -Research and work with influencers, and affiliate marketing channels Quarterly -Prepare report of key learnings and insights from previous quarter to present to team -Plan marketing calendar and present to team -Plan trunk shows and pop up events and execute them HOW TO APPLY Please email me the following.... -Resume -Cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit (in the body of the email, please!)
