Digital Marketing Designer

Design the evolution of marketing thru design solutions for various channels that exceed our clients' objectives. Candidates must have superior design thinking skills when it comes to paid, organic, and email design, with an understanding of design principals. Responsibilities: • In this role, you will partner with digital marketers to create visually impactful, on-brand campaigns and experiences that drive deeper engagement and growth opportunities • The ideal candidate will bring their full-circle design ideas across a broad spectrum of outputs and channels including, static and animated digital ads, organic social, landing pages, and emails • Applying creativity, critical thinking and proven measurements (analytics) in new situations to find the best solution, while continuously striving to find better ways of doing things • The ability to design in the role of the customer and always thinking back to the target audience while staying on brand Our dedication to growing our development team is how we can produce excellent sites and applications for our clients.
