Qualifications and Skills BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing / digital marketing / graphic design Demonstrable experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO strategies Skilled in Adobe Suite - AI, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Good knowledge (desire to learn more) of the various SEM - paid marketing channels and technologies, including organic and paid social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), Google AdWords, digital re-marketing, local citations, and banner advertising Experience in website design, including strategy, structure, content, continuous improvement, and ongoing management – all maximizing an optimal user experience Familiar with CMS / email marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot) Fluency in Microsoft Office products and Windows required, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Project tracking through scheduling, creation, approval, regulatory compliance, and print/digital production; routing of materials ready for use Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Excellent command of the English language and ability to produce and proof grammatically correct materials Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills and maintain a professional demeanor Demonstrated ability to work with a team and independently, exercising discretion and judgement Creative thinker and problem solver Responsibilities Help evolve Fairway’s brand image and build Fairway’s brand awareness in the commercial real estate investment industry Develop a strong lead generation program, taking client contacts through an e-nurturing funnel, including content and graphic design development Track, analyze, and report lead gen performance metrics – recommend and implement strategy adjustments Create graphic design solutions for a variety of marketing communications (mostly digital; we do not produce print media or printed collateral) Support continuous improvement of Fairway’s email marketing program and website, including content, landing pages, maintenance Participate in the development and execution of Fairway’s annual and quarterly marketing strategy Work closely with multiple cross-functional departments, including investments/asset management, investor relations, capital raise, and sponsor relations Benefits Fairway America is committed to maintaining an inspired, positive work environment full of talented and motivated people who share, demonstrate, and live the company’s core values.
