Prospects are told that "they just don't have the right skills or experience that [this music company] is looking for." This is a 12 month paid program that is specifically designed for someone who is passionate about music, extremely motivated, and whose #1 career goal is to become a professional in the music industry. However, our main objective with this apprenticeship will be to TRAIN YOU on the above skills. Considering this, it is MORE IMPORTANT that you show us that you are hard working, motivated, and excited to learn.
