Join our dynamic External Communications team as a Multimedia Designer, where you will play a key role in shaping our agency's visual storytelling. Your creativity and technical skills will help us create impactful content that resonates with our audience. Your responsibilities will include:

Design & Branding: Craft visually appealing graphics and assets aligned with our brand for social media and digital platforms, utilizing your expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite.Content Coordination: Take charge of our social media content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging distribution of digital communications.Web Maintenance: Regularly update our website via Drupal, making sure all digital assets adhere to accessibility and accuracy standards.Multimedia Production: Capture high-quality photography and videography at agency events, followed by basic editing and optimization for both web and social media use.Quality Control: Ensure a consistent and professional image across all mediums by applying core design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.Required Skills:

Professional Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Multimedia Production: Proven skills in digital photography and videography, complemented by basic editing experience.Web & Digital Support: Familiarity with website updates through a Content Management System (CMS) and digital communications distribution.Content Planning: Experience in organizing and maintaining a professional content calendar for social media.Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout as demonstrated in your portfolio or resume.
