Digital Media Designer

Hexcode Marketing is a growing full-service marketing agency who specializes in increasing conversions for their clients through targeted print and digital marketing campaigns. We’re looking to expand our team with a Digital Media Designer eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with the rest of the team to bring our clients the best end-product possible.

The Position:You'll bring a positive and professional attitude to our team. You will balance independent work with an ability to accomplish tasks in a highly collaborative, team-based environment. You will effectively prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives.

As the Digital Media Designer your job will include visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos, motion graphics, typography, audio production, social media content creation, and video production.Your digital media should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. The goal is to engage your audience and deliver the desired message through captivating digital media. The aim is to create inspiring and alluring content specifically tailored to the target audience.

We are searching for someone with proven experience, who is looking to learn and grow in their career. You will create engaging and on-brand graphics and videos for a variety of media.This position requires exceptional creative ability, strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support Creative Director and team in asset and content creation for digital marketing, social media and additional projects as needed.
Create motion graphics for digital media content
Work with creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging
Manage multiple projects with specific guidelines and deadlines
Additional responsibilities as required

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing
Current portfolio - A strong portfolio
Strong knowledge and prior experience in Adobe programs
Attention to detail, organization and commitment to consistent brand storytelling
Strong understanding of basic design principles
Excellent communication skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
