Digital Media Designer

We are seeking a Junior to Mid Level Production Designer to join our Core Services team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is intuitive, proactive, and eager to grow, with a strong interest in production craft, scalable systems, and emerging technologies. Working under the guidance of the VP of Design and Senior Production Designers, this role supports day-to-day asset production while helping bridge the gap between product design and production. Create, resize, and produce digital assets for FOX Entertainment and FOX Sports across web, mobile, and connected TV platformsBuild responsive breakpoints and asset variations from provided key art and product design filesUse Photoshop to extend artwork, retouch imagery, manipulate layouts, and color-correct assetsAssemble composite artwork using photography, vector assets, and supplied source materials while maintaining brand consistencyTranslate product and UX design files into production-ready assets, ensuring design intent is preservedCollaborate closely with product designers, UX partners, content teams, and project managersExplore and experiment with AI-assisted tools and automation to improve production workflowsContribute to the development and maintenance of production templates, toolkits, and systemsProactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and help solve production challengesMaintain organized files, naming conventions, and version control in a high-volume environment Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years of digital production design or related experience (internships and agency experience count)A strong portfolio demonstrating digital production fundamentals and Photoshop expertiseSolid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including compositing, image manipulation, and smart objectsExperience adapting designs across multiple screen sizes, formats, or breakpointsFamiliarity with digital brand guidelines and asset consistencyWorking knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator and basic familiarity with Figma (or a willingness to learn quickly)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesClear communication skills and comfort collaborating via Slack, email, and meetingsA proactive, self-starting mindset with curiosity about improving how work gets done
