Digital Media Graphic Designer

Clarity Consultants is on the lookout for a creative and skilled Digital Media Graphic Designer. In this role, you will design captivating digital media to enhance training for field technicians specialized in heavy equipment. Utilize your artistic talents and digital tools to craft visually appealing content that simplifies complex machinery and operational methods through engaging eLearning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Interpret project requirements and develop innovative design concepts that adhere to branding and style standards.
• Create dynamic motion graphics or animations for videos, reels, and interactive media.
• Design high-quality graphics and 3D models, which may include equipment cut-aways, animations of machinery in action, process flow diagrams, infographics, and technical illustrations.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining document management protocols.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, instructional designers, eLearning developers, and fellow artists.
• Incorporate feedback from subject matter experts and team members, making necessary revisions.

Start Date: Continuous recruitment to align with ongoing needs; specific start dates will be determined based on project requirements.

Duration: 3 to 6 months with potential for extension.

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; schedule will be determined based on project demands.

Location: Virtual

Experience Required:
• A degree or certification in graphic design or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in creating graphics, illustrations, and 2D/3D models for training materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD); must have access to your own laptop and software licenses.
• Ability to work exclusively on a PC during the project.
• Experience with Cinema 4D is preferred; familiarity with Blender or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience designing graphics for training related to heavy industrial equipment, particularly in the hydrocarbon processing sector, is advantageous.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline is desirable.
• Strong conceptual abilities to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight project deadlines are essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay will be based on various factors, including skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
