OUR PRODUCTS: We produce products via offset and digital printing. We produce stationery, business cards, newsletters, color brochures, posters, instruction and training manuals and dozens of other creative and complex projects. We have an excellent graphic design department, as well as pre-press equipment, printing presses, digital presses, bindery equipment, mail and large format department. WE OFFER: -Competitive wages -Vacation time -Dental benefits -Retirement contribution -Comprehensive training -Ability to advance into Management -Exciting, Team oriented professional environment Candidate Must Have: -Minimum of 3 years recent employment in print industry -Experience of all major graphic design programs -Experience with Konica Minolta production gear desired but not required -Experience with EFI Fiery -Mailing knowledge desired (Accuzip software) -Knowledge to create or repair files for digital printing -Knowledge of paper and printing preparation -Willingness to help in a variety of tasks -Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently Functions: -Prepare and correct files for digital printing -Setup, color adjust and output to digital printers and copiers using Fiery -Prep mailings (certification, variable data merge, setup & output) Candidate must be organized, energetic, self-motivated, accountable, and people-oriented who works well in a small fast paced team environment and is not afraid to participate in all facets of the business.
