Digital Print Production Specialist

The role encompasses digital print production, bindery and finishing along with customer service. Being a fast paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines, you must be flexible, a team player, a good communicator as well as having great organization skills and attention to detail. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include: Answer phone and emails to respond to new and existing customer inquiries, orders and quote requests Build jobs and manage workflow through our print management system Communicate with vendors as necessary to source quotes, manage orders, product information Production graphic design Digital Print file & printer setup Operate bindery & finishing equipment Hand finishing Inspect and verify completed projects are produced to company quality standards Order supplies/ maintain inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, packing supplies etc. Prep & pack final printed material Undertake some local deliveries in company vehicle Perform other related duties in relation to the requirements of a print shop MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two years’ experience of digital print production, bindery and finishing. Experience with Graphic Design for basic artwork creation, file updates etc.
