Minimum Qualifications • 4+ years of digital product design experience, inclusive of mobile app design, web design, and design systems • 2+ years of experience designing enterprise-level e-commerce applications (web and/or native app) • Portfolio inclusive of digital project work showing end-to-end experience: from ideation to launch • Education or training in visual design, graphic design, or related field • High level of visual design skills with ability to create polished, aesthetically pleasing interfaces • Experience with brand development, implementation, and maintenance • Demonstrated ability to work rapidly and efficiently, turning concepts into prototypes with quick turnaround • Specialized experience designing for mobile app platforms (iOS and Android) • Familiarity with the full digital product lifecycle, using product roadmaps, story mapping, writing design stories, designing features, direct collaboration with development teams • Proficient knowledge of: • Design & prototyping tools • Collaboration tools • Global design systems • Responsive design best practices • Brand identity implementation and maintenance • Ability to generate, visualize and prototype new concepts to demonstrate and test with users and stakeholders Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affirmative Action/EEO employer, prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
