DIGITAL PROJECT COORDINATOR

Title: Digital Project Coordinator Company: Clean beautyLocation: New York, NYDuration: Permanent Our client, a clean and sustainable beauty company, is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to support their B2B web platform as well as social media and content projects. You’ll be the liaison between departments, working with developers to maintain and enhance the web application to better serve its community of users. You’ll also partner with Content Producers to ensure that high-quality content is delivered on a consistent basis. Responsibilities Deliver quality content about the company’s products, events, educational services and more on the B2B web application Communicate digital project milestones, decisions, status and delivery with stakeholders and departments Lead execution of various projects including video production, SEO, social media, lead generation and product feature innovation/development Monitor platform and campaign KPIs, track and analyze performance, and report on insights and opportunities for optimization Collect feedback, assess user needs and make product recommendations Oversee project scopes, schedules and internal resources Be aware of and interested in the latest technology and digital products as they relate to our industry Requirements: 1-3 years of experience managing a web platform or website Experience managing digital and creative projects and online content Agile project management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with HTML/CSS Ability to work well cross-functionally and juggle the needs of various stakeholders Passion for sustainability and clean beauty is a plus Bachelor’s degree
