** Digital & Social Marketing Specialist ** The **Lanphere Auto Group** marketing team is looking for a bilingual teammate who is efficient in digital and social media. You will participate in the execution of the department’s digital marketing and social plans with a priority focus on digital, content and social media initiatives. As a LAG digital marketing specialist you can expect to be in a constant state of learning while working with top digital marketing professionals in an exciting space. * Plan and execute organic social media strategy, content, calendar creation and campaign execution - working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives * Capture, edit and produce digital media including photography, video and live feeds * Provide in-the-moment, results-oriented and engaging content for various social media content * Develop strong working relationships with the management staff at all locations to generate necessary content to drive positive customer perception and create brand stories throughout the day * Your interest in and passion for the automotive and powersport industries will be crucial in your ability to create and post blog content * Social media coverage and content collection during events including set up and tear down of events and productions * Act as a frontline ambassador interacting with customers and fans in real time on social media platforms; participate in and help shape online conversations * Monitor the community in a timely and ongoing basis to meet expectations; drive engagement within the context of any other specific guideline and rule of engagement * Using your sharp analytic skills, create comprehensive and data-driven ad-hoc reports on channel performance * Contribute to creating actionable insights to inform strategy and provide recommendations based on findings * Perform in-depth analysis to examine the significance and performance when comparing strategies to develop and improve interactions
