The firm repositions real estate to build timeless, scalable businesses and brand platforms. We deliver returns on transformative real estate by applying placemaking, inspired design, and hospitality principles to spaces overlooked or undervalued by traditional investment firms. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Director of Graphic Design to join our in-house Graphic Design team. The Director of Graphic Design is an experienced manager who can guide a team of designers throughout the full creative process, from strategic brainstorming to the final design execution across several brand platforms.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport AJCP Leadership to create campaigns to support all branded platforms and verticals, including Partnerships, Content, Digital Marketing, and PRDevelop creative concepts and deliverables that directly support growing general brand awareness and solve specific property needs for all branded platformsDirect and organize photoshoots, coordinating with photographers, stylists & producers to feature content including interiors, architecture, lifestyle imagery, food & drink and productCreate new concepts to support the ongoing development and growth of brand platformsEffectively manage the Graphic Design team’s workloads, including managing priorities and deadlinesSupervise and mentor the Graphic Design team to help further develop the skills needed for career advancementWork closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure awareness campaigns and initiatives achieve brand objectives and KPIsContinue to maintain and elevate all brand platformsWHO YOU AREAJCP seeks a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced but disciplined entrepreneurial environment.
