Director of Admission and Communications

Nature and Scope of Job The Director of Admission and Communications (DAC) is a member of the Wyndcroft Leadership Team (WLT) and reports to the Head of School (HOS). With the Director of Development (DOD), the DAC co- manages an Administrative Assistant for Advancement who co-ordinates the administration of the admission, marketing, communications and development of the school. Works collaboratively and supportively with the Head of School (HOS) and DOD to develop strategic long and short-term enrolment management, marketing and communications strategies. In collaboration with the HOS, is the main point of contact for the media and external community on communications. Demonstrated ability to devise and implement a significant, multi-part, successful program of admission processes, enrolment management, marketing and communications.
