Director of Catering

Unique opportunity for a Catering Director to join a growing restaurant group led by an acclaimed Chef. The George Trois Group, a North Shore mainstay for 18 years helmed by Chef Michael Lachowicz, is growing and looking to add a talented hospitality professional to lead our efforts in building private party business. This person will oversee our efforts in multiple restaurant settings in Winnetka and additional locations as we open new restaurants. Our ideal candidate will have; Experience in restaurant group events, food & beverage, or catering Have proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email Basic graphic design knowledge, e.g. Canva, Adobe Skills to manage all in house marketing materials Ability to anticipate and creativity exceed client expectations Excellent problem solving, decision-making, interpersonal, communication skills Flexibility in schedule, allowing for evening and/or weekend hours Superb Guest service skills Detail oriented mindset, organized with excellent time management skills Talent to help direct staff in providing superior service to our Guests Please forward your resume for immediate consideration.
