Job title: Director of First Impressions Location: Keller Williams Integrity in Cherry Creek, Denver Colorado Reports To: CEO Who are we? We are one of the fastest-growing Real Estate Brokerages in Denver, and home to 2 of the top-producing agent teams in the state of Colorado. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. The Director of First Impressions will manage the CEO’s calendar and the official training and development agenda, as well as day-to-day operations of the Market Center. Greet all guests to the Market Center with above-and-beyond customer service Other essential duties/ responsibilities Greet clients and agents over the phone and in-person with positivity and professionalism Assist in connecting agents to our resources and problem solve accordingly Receive and sort mail and deliveries Maintain the appearance of the office Track and maintain all office supply inventory Update all message boards and TVs weekly with the most current class, event, meetings, and important announcements Run point on weekly training, scheduling, promoting and logistics Assist with sending weekly newsletter and postings on the internal Facebook page Support the CEO to effectively run daily operations meetings – agenda, meeting minutes and follow-ups Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunch coordination, and weekly setup of other Market Center activities throughout the year Qualities/Knowledge/Skills Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive, positive, solution-orientated attitude Comfortable making outbound calls and comfortable handling inbound calls with a client-centric approach Exceptionally strong problem-solving skills and the ability to uncover suitable solutions in a timely manner Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel Strong graphic design skills, including experience with Canva or a comparable app Comfortable speaking 121 with others, and comfortable speaking in front of a group (50+) Willing and able to embrace new technology, master it, and teach it to others Passion for working with others and a passion for real estate Qualification: 5+ years of client relations/customer relations experience in hospitality, luxury, sales, or similar Minimum 1-year of graphic design experience 1 year of experience managing an office or large organization and / or Executive Assistant Experience
