This role leads multiple design managers and team leads, guiding a 30-person graphic design team that shapes the visual expression of our brands. The Director ensures our design practice consistently produces excellent experiences, recognizable brands, and forward-thinking creative work that advances business goalsThe right person balances creative vision with operational structure.
