DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

ROLE The Director of Marketing will partner with the Residential Property Management Department to effectively drive the overall marketing and strategic planning programs for the Towbes Group multifamily division. • The Marketing Director is to provide innovative marketing solutions that leverage the Towbes Group's best-in-class marketing techniques to maximize property performance. EDUCATION AND SKILLS • Five plus years of experience in direct multifamily marketing industry understanding trends, issues, and emerging technology is required. • Reputation.com or other equivalent system is required. • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator or other design programs.
